Christel House at Manual High School

Christel House Indianapolis will run programming for Manual High School for the 2020-2023 school years through an innovation agreement with IPS.

Manual Families & Guests,

As many of you are aware, starting Monday 4/5, which is the Monday after spring break, all Manual High School students will return back in-person 5 days a week and will no longer be in hybrid learning.  Due to the low COVID-19 positivity rates in the county and our schools, the Marion County Public Health Department has declared that it is safe to bring our students back full-time.

Our return plan will assume all students, including virtual students, will be returning back to in-person 5 days a week starting on 4/5.  IPS transportation will be notified and students can check their bus stop information by logging in Power School or by checking their email.  We will continue to follow our COVID protection protocols that have helped us stay safe during this pandemic. This means all students and staff will continue to be required to wear masks, socially distance, clean their hands frequently, and our custodial staff will have very strict cleaning protocols.

We are so excited to have our students back 5 days a week!  It has been an extremely difficult year, and we are thankful for all of your flexibility with the many changes we’ve been forced to make.
